we plan to send to the President on Wednesday at noon. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:13.8pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Garamond",serif;color:black;background:white">As a reminder, the Senate listerv is designed for formal Senate business and we request that you refrain
from using the listserv for political and ideological statements related to this matter. At this point, the e-mail messages are counterproductive to the Senate’s work. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
