Dear Senators,



As Betina recently emailed, your attendance at our final Senate meeting of the academic year is crucial to achieve quorum for electing a new Senate VP/President-Elect and other last business. As scheduled long ago, this meeting is being held on Wednesday, June 7th in the EMU Crater Lake rooms (145 & 146).



Please RSVP to Betina Lynn (betina at uoregon.edu<mailto:betina at uoregon.edu>) or Sandy Weintraub (sandymw at uoregon.edu<mailto:sandymw at uoregon.edu>) ASAP, but please no later than by 10 A.M. on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.



To repeat: Your attendance at our 6/7 meeting is needed to meet quorum to address our final Senate business. If for some reason you cannot attend, you are obligated to inform Betina Lynn (betina at uoregon.edu<mailto:betina at uoregon.edu>) or Sandy Weintraub (sandymw at uoregon.edu<mailto:sandymw at uoregon.edu>) and to name a replacement to attend in your place on 6/7 for the category or position to which you were elected to serve.



Another important reason to attend this meeting is to help celebrate those who willl be receiving one of our annual Senate Awards. The meeting will be followed by a catered reception in the same location.
