Thanks, Bill. We’ll post once the motion has a different title. The current title is misleading. The full quote is that "the granularity with which the dissent picks through the facts would gut the Equal Pay Act for all but the most perfunctory of tasks” (emphasis added). The current title implies that the quote refers to further efforts by UO, but in fact the quote refers to details of the dissent, written by a judge and not by UO or its representatives.
