[Uosenate] Board of Trustees Faculty Position Candidates

Good evening, Senators,

Last week, we heard brief statements from each of the 5 BOT faculty applicants. I’m attaching here some written materials they have provided, such as their statement to us, the cover letter for their application, their CV, and other relevant information they chose to send along. If you wish to view their statements, you can see them in the first half of the March 10th meeting when we post the video here.

Betina will shortly be sending around a simple rank-order poll to all voting Senate members. Each of you will get an individualized link that can be used to vote one time. Betina will aggregate the results per our process document and present them to the Senate Executive committee. The Senate Exec will draft a letter that will be put to the full Senate for a vote as a resolution at the April 7 meeting.

So, please watch out for the email from Betina (possibly via Qualtrics) and submit your rank-ordered list of the candidates by the end of the day this Friday, March 19. Thanks!
