Subject: Updated motion and example report

Dear Betina, Ell, and Spike,

Bill, Lee and I are looking forward to the opportunity to present and discuss with the senate today.

Attached is an updated version of the motion with a few changes since I last sent the motion on Friday. These newest changes are highlighted in blue for clarity. They are in response to senator Jen Reynolds questions raised Monday.

Also attached is a redacted example Cognos “Teaching Detail Report” that we want to share with the senate so they can better understand what the SES and IR data look like for a P&T file. We’ll refer to it in our presentation.

Betina - I would be glad to screen share the slides while we are presenting, but I’ll make sure you have a copy prior to the meeting as a backup.
