I wanted to share with you the amazing video and seminar that our faculty colleagues at OSU put together in the Spring. You can read more about what they did in the attached syllabus for their seminar. I’m especially impressed that the seminar helped faculty create their own communities of practice. Those kinds of communities - grassroots groups that are organized within each unit, with local expertise that can create antiracist practices tailored to the teaching and scholarship in their area - are exactly what I want to promote.
