[Uosenate] Qualtrics surveys - Take 2

Dear Members of the University Senate,

We're looking to increase the participation rate for our two recent surveys:

Search Guidelines for Academic Administrator Positions<https://oregon.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6QMV2ZJOVnkZxUp>

We need a 60% response rate to achieve a more representative amount of feedback to inform conversations about potential improvements, and for the purpose of sharing the full results. Currently, about 30 senators haven't yet had the opportunity to fill out the second survey and we are eager have you take part (we know we originally gave you just a few days on this one).

For those of you who have not yet participated, we are asking that you complete these surveys by Monday, March 2, 2020.
