Dear University Senate,

As promised we have a Qualtrics survey to gather additional feedback regarding the Test Optional Admissions discussion that was begun during our February Senate meeting.

Apologies for the tight timeline: please submit responses using the link below by 12 P.M. on Friday, February 21, 2020. The task force working on this issue meets that afternoon and wishes to have the survey results in hand to inform their discussion.
