As a reminder, the UO Leadership Academy is a year-long professional development opportunity designed to increase our collective knowledge of transformational leadership practices and grow a diverse cohort of university leaders.

> Those of you in mid-level leadership positions (department heads & managers, assistant & associate vice presidents/vice provosts/deans, directors etc.) would be excellent applicants for the program. Please also encourage your peers and those who report to you to consider applying as well. Letting a colleague know that you see leadership potential in them can be an important first step to them further developing their capacity as leaders.
