Dear Members of the University Senate,

I'm reaching out to you today with a friendly reminder that we have our monthly University Senate meeting scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 3:00 - 5:00 P.M. in the EMU Crater Lake rooms (adjacent to the Panda Express).

Below is the agenda for this meeting. Reminder: we anticipate asking the Senate to vote on the new Neuroscience Program proposal, so please review the motion and materials ahead of the meeting if you have not already done so. The link can be found in the agenda below. Also, please be prepared to vote on the several sets of minutes (you will note there are a few there leftover from the 2018-2019 academic year).

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Note: if you are unable to attend tomorrow, please let me know if you will be absent and whether you have identified a substitute senator for the attendance records.
