[Uopatos] LSG March Agenda

Hola a todos,  

First of all, I would like to apologize that I have not been able to
join the meetings these past two months. I have been working with Lane
County Public Health. And, I have been doing a few outreach events at
some high schools in Springfield. Anyway, I just wanted to pass this
information along since I have not been able to do it at the meetings.
Soy Sano! / I am healthy is a heath program that aims to help children
and teens to connect to free primary health care services if they do not
qualify for Oregon Health Plan, do not have a social security number,
and are under 19 years old. If you know any institution, school, or
person who could benefit from this program let me know or give them my
information. I am attaching a flyer with the information.
