This post is on behalf of the Colorado Department of Education:

The Colorado Department of Education is seeking an attorney to investigate complaints filed under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.  The ability to conduct impartial fact-finding is essential to this role.  Qualified candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience in either litigation or regulatory enforcement and demonstrated experience drafting legal documents, collecting and evaluating evidence, and conducting witness interviews.  Qualified candidates will also demonstrate excellence in legal analysis and writing. Experience with special education law is preferred.
