Disability Rights Oregon's Guardianship Monitoring Project has an opening for a Rights Advocate.
​ ​
​

In accordance with state law, DRO receives legal filings in guardianship cases in which the protected person or respondent may be placed in a mental health or developmental disabilities facility. We review these documents and contact the affected individuals to inform them of thei legal rights and determine whether they want to contest the proceeding, have legal representation, or other action. The person in this position will review these materials under the supervision of a DRO attorney.

This position is 26.25 hours/week (0.75 FTE)
​.
