DRO Presents: Guardianships and Substitute Decision-Making
Do you feel prepared to answer parents' questions concerning the need for guardianships and/or conservatorships for their children?
Child development clinicians, educators, lawyers, and students as well as interested parents are welcome to attend.
Bob Joondeph, attorney and Director of Disability Rights Oregon will present on this topic. Mr. Joondephis a leader in the development of Oregon's current law on guardianships and conservatorships with years of experience in supported decision-making in legal proceedings.
