We are a network of academics with disabilities and chronic conditions from across all academic disciplines. Our aim is to create a network of mutual support and resources for academics with disabilities and chronic conditions and to raise awareness for our cause in public. The members of our team all personally experience a disability or a chronic condition.  We aim to assist others with practical advice helping them to find concrete solutions to issues they are facing and to share our own experiences.
Most of us are researchers in the early stage of our career, however, we are looking forward to and encourage the support and mentoring of more advanced academics.
