 I am conducting a needs assessment as part of my graduate school final project, and would appreciate your assistance sharing the survey link with college students with disabilities. It doesn't matter their disability type, or their status as part time or full time, graduate or undergraduate. Anyone who self identifies as having a  disability and attends college is eligible to complete the survey. Ideally it would be nice if they were attending school at or around UO, but any students with disabilities are eligible to complete the survey.

The survey is anonymous and should not take more than 5 minutes to complete. Thank you both, and if you have any questions, please let me know. I am trying to collect as many responses as possible before February 10th.
