DanceAbility International will perform Thursday, August 20th, from 5:30 
– 6:30p.m. as part of the City of Eugene’s new “pARTy on the Plaza: 
Performance Art Series.”

Emery Blackwell missed dancing too much to stay retired, so rejoins a 
cast of seven other dancers, several of whom are new to DanceAbility 
International. The performance is free, and will be followed by a Q and 
A from 6:25 – 6:35p.m.

Join us for a taste of inspiration and beauty with this mixed abilities 
dance performance, where creative expression becomes the common ground 
for all people.

Guggenheim Award winning choreographer Alito Alessi founded the 
DanceAbility Method in 1989 and is at the forefront of mixed-abilities 
dance worldwide.
