I love the sound of that t-shirt! I've definitely been getting my bad
attitude on as I learn about all the inaccessible technology that's required
in my new job. I think Stella Young said something like:
No amount of smiling at a flight of stairs has ever made it turn into a
ramp.
I can attest that smiling doesn't suddenly make JAWS work with electronic
medical record systems either.
Hope all's well in Eugene.

Sorry for the second message, but I made a vocabulary mistake: I
referred to "The only disability in life is a bad attitude," as an
adage, but a quick internet search just reminded me that the term
"adage" refers to a truth, which that statement is certainly not. I
probably meant "cliche" instead.
