travelnews: Reminder Booking Tool Offline and Limited Agent Assistance April 6-8

[BAO news for travel administrators]

Hello UO Travelers and Travel Delegates,

A reminder that ***The Concur Booking Tool will be offline and unavailable April 6, 7, and 8 to make a necessary update in our booking system. The booking tool will be available again on April 9.***

Direct Travel agent assistance is available for immediate needs only during the maintenance window (April 6-8). Please hold all non-immediate airfare quote requests until April 9th when all systems are back.

Please do reach out to  Business Affairs Travel Office personnel if you have questions or  have an immediate need to purchase airfare (travel dates in the next week).
