Good Morning Concur users:

All Concur profile maintenance including:


        *   New Employee set up
        *   TMC assignment or changes
        *   Request Approver assignment/changes
        *   Expense Approver assignment/changes
        *   Delegate/Travel Arranger assignments
        *   Concur User Group assignment


will all be handled via spreadsheet in the UO Service Portal  service.uoregon.edu<https://service.uoregon.edu/TDClient/2030/Portal/Home/> starting tomorrow, Tuesday, April 19.

The upload template and a link to the service portal is on the UO travel website:  travel.uoregon.edu.   See:  Concur Resources

Go to Services, Department Specific Services, Business Affairs, Travel and Expense Report Support Request, Request Support.

Travel Office will process these requests 2-3 times per week depending on the volume.  Please plan ahead and allow for processing time for your Concur profile changes.
