travelnews: Expense Report approvals

To Concur Approvers and Delegates:

Monday afternoon our Concur internal team explored some enhancements for Expense report approval and for a few hours we determined that approvers were getting an error message when attempting to approve.

This should be fixed now,  please tell your approvers to try again.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.
