Good Afternoon Concur users –

Expense Report Processing Queue: Processing time is published daily in the Company Notes section of the Concur home page. Yesterday we were reviewing 9 business days from submission. Please remember our normal processing time is 7-10 business days but may increase during busy season, such as fiscal year end, returning from summer and holiday travel, or right before campus goes out for holiday.

Concur Tip of the Week: GSA (General Services Administration Travel Allowance) definition for meal and lodging per diem is based on the location of where the traveler is doing business. It is not based on the airport used or the hotel address. The Concur Travel Allowance needs to reflect the location of the business to correctly pull in the allowable per diems.
