Good Morning UO Travel Coordinators and Travelers -

** Please note that with the launch of Concur for Travel in late March the UO will transition to the GSA per diem model for reimbursing Lodging plus Meals and Incidentals.**
When the UO transitions to Concur for travel and travel expense processing in late March we will move from the current IRS High/Low City per diem method built into Duckweb for travel to the GSA (General Services Administration) method of calculating and reimbursing Lodging and Meal & Incidental per diems. GSA per diem rates are built into the Concur software service. Please be aware of how this change may affect any travel or groups you are booking for April and beyond.

For more information see this link to GSA per diem rate information: https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates

Reimbursements processed in the Duckweb travel form will continue to follow the current IRS High/Low City per diem method. Travel reimbursements processed when Concur for Travel goes live will follow the GSA per diem guidelines.

Have a nice week. Thank you,
