Travel Reimbursement Training  -  Travel training for new travel coordinators for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.

This class is a prerequisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both must be completed in order to process travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel form.    The Travel Policy class can also be attended as a refresher for experienced travel coordinators.  This class reviews IRS guidelines and UO Travel Policy.

Travel Policy class is a pre-requisite to the Travel Forms class.  In Travel Forms class, learn how to enter travel reimbursements into the Duckweb travel reimbursement form for yourself or your department's travelers.  Review travel policy, nuances and limitations of the duckweb form, travel accounting basics.
