Campus Travel Coordinators -  Here are some upcoming Travel educational opportunities:


Travel Reimbursement Training    Location:  Thompson University Center, Room 305

     Travel Policy  -  Tuesday, January 31  -  8:15 am to 12:30 pm  **   Three seats remaining.  Please Register Soon!

This class is a prerequisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both must be completed in order to process travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel form.    The Travel Policy class can also be attended as a refresher for experienced travel coordinators.


      Travel Forms  -  Wednesday, February 1 -  8:45 am to 12:15 pm   **   Three seats remaining.  Please Register Soon!

Travel training for new travel coordinators for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.  Travel Policy class is a pre-requisite to the Travel Forms class.


Moving/Relocation Reimbursement for New Employees - March 7 - 10 am - 11:15 am



            We will discuss UO and IRS moving guidelines and limitations, tax implications and how to process reimbursement of expenses for moving & house hunting.
