throughout the US, continues to create fear and insecurity among many throughout the country, and in particular, among many of you in our own small academic community. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

can and do. I share the concern and indignation of everyone in our community. And I ask all of us to continue to reach out to each other, to continue to offer support, love, listening ears, and virtual embraces and acknowledgements in the days and weeks ahead.
Spring break is a time for renewal and, hopefully, disconnecting from everything that causes us stress...even for a short time. I hope that along with disconnecting from stress in the next week, we also re-connect with each other, reach out, talk, and share
mutual support that is critical right now, especially for those more vulnerable and those who feel most vulnerable in our small community.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
