<p>Hope you all are doing well and managing as best as possible

<p>I also want to share with you that the Annual Evaluations are due
<b>June 5 (Fri) at noon. </b>This email contains <span data-markjs="true" class="mark344guj122" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">important</span>
information related to your <span data-markjs="true" class="mark1kic7zwlq" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">annual</span> evals. Please read
carefully.

<p><b>Who needs to complete <span data-markjs="true" class="mark1kic7zwlq" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">the annual</span> evaluation? </b>All
continuing (i.e, non-graduating) masters <span data-markjs="true" class="markhbcwmi9uc" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">and doctoral student</span>s<b> </b>need
to complete the attached <span data-markjs="true" class="mark1kic7zwlq" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">annual</span> evaluation form in
consultation with their advisor. Masters or doctoral <span data-markjs="true" class="markhbcwmi9uc" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">student</span>s who are
graduating this year (i.e., in Spring/Summer 2020) <u>DO NOT</u>
need to complete the annual evaluation.</p>
<p><b>What do you need to do? </b><span data-markjs="true" class="markhbcwmi9uc" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Student</span>s are supposed to fill
their sections in the attached document and send it to their
advisor for review and feedback. The advisor makes any necessary
edits to the document, adds ratings, advisory summary, and any
other feedback. The <span data-markjs="true" class="markhbcwmi9uc" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">student</span> schedules a meeting
with the advisor to discuss the <span data-markjs="true" class="mark1kic7zwlq" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">annual</span> evaluation. Both <span data-markjs="true" class="markhbcwmi9uc" style="" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">student</span> and
advisor sign the document. <br>
</p>
<p>The annual eval form contains a section on advisor-advisee match
- this section has been added to provide an opportunity for the
student and the faculty advisor to discuss if the advising
match/relationship is working well and identify any changes that
need to be made. If you have any questions about this, you can
