    <p>Dear PREV students,</p>

    <p>The last couple of weeks I have had the opportunity to meet 1:1

      with several of you to address questions related to your content

      area, statistics coursework, program progression, and/or other

      personal updates that you wanted to share. It was great catching

      up, but it also made me realize that having a set time for

      students to meet with the Program Director each term would be

      helpful. This is also the feedback some of you shared. So,

      starting this term I will be holding office hrs as PD two times a

      term. I have created an online <a moz-do-not-send="true"

href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1b4MMR8TswvEZ8T2X2cKeFk0MAbk0EVGu5RFRSdTrAZU/edit#gid=8493347">sign-up

        sheet</a> where you can schedule a time slot/sign up for office

      hrs ahead of time. The meetings will generally be held 12-1 on

      Fridays when most of you are available, twice a term. The meetings

      are capped at 20 mins, but if no one else has signed up and/or no

      one else shows up, you can take up to 40 mins. Lets try this out

      this term, and if its helpful we can continue with the same

      arrangement (or something else) next year. <br>
