for improving high schools and secondary education systems. Prior to joining Education Northwest, Nettie served as a lead developer and evaluator of middle and high school reform initiatives in her role as co-director of the Everyone Graduates Center at Johns
Hopkins University where she earned her Ph.D. in Sociology. <o:p></o:p></p>
