<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Dr. Yoshikawa is the </span><span style="color:#2D2829">Courtney Sale Ross Professor of Globalization and Education and University Professor at New York University Steinhardt. His presentation will describe recent
developments and data concerning quality in Early Childhood Education and its improvement in the United States and internationally, with a focus on the global policy context, quality improvement in studies from Boston and Santiago de Chile, and a new global
initiative to assess learning and quality in low- and middle-income countries. Reception to follow.</span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
