MSW Adjunct Faculty Positions Pool
at Eugene and Forest Grove Campus, Pacific University

Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Pacific University is a private, liberal arts university known for its collegiality, teaching excellence, civic engagement, and strong commitment to mentoring students. Pacific student's study in a unique combination of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs in liberal arts and sciences, including a number of thriving health professions programs.

Claire Argow Social Work program at Pacific is grounded in the social work profession's values and ethical principles of service, social justice, the dignity and worth of the person, the importance of human relationships, integrity, competence, human rights, and scientific inquiry. We are small cohort-based program that seek to produce culturally aware, highly trained, advanced social work practitioners who have trauma informed expertise to work with sexual minorities, immigrant, and natives, Latino communities, and other communities of color, and to become leaders in the fields of health and wellness.

The MSW Program is hiring now for Adjunct positions at the Forest Grove and Eugene Campuses, with possible online options.

Minimum Qualifications:
-M.S. or M.A. in Social Work (or closely related field) and two years post-degree practice experience.
- Previous graduate teaching experience
- In Spring Semester 2023 we are looking for candidates who are be able to teach one of the courses-
o   Research Methods in Social Work, Beyond the Cycle of Violence, Ecology of Wellness, Diversity, Racism, Oppression, and Privilege (DROP)
o   There are other courses listed in the catalogue, please highlight your interest area.
