My name is Natalie Hewlett and I am a graduate of the University of Louisville's master's program in counseling                         psychology. I am a research assistant to Dr. McCubbin in the Resilience, Adaptation, and Well- Being lab. We are currently recruiting master's and doctoral students in helping professions to participate in our online survey for the study, Emotional intelligence, Self- Compassion and Resilience and Their Impact on Impostor Syndrome and Burnout.

The purpose of this study is twofold: (a) To determine the effects of stressors and imposter syndrome on burnout and health; and (b) The impact of self-compassion, emotional intelligence, and resilience on the relation between imposter syndrome and burnout. Students from the helping professions (counseling psychology, social work, mental health counseling, and art therapy),with at least 6 months of clinical practicum experience, are invited to participate.
