Hi PREV students,
A reminder that the deadline for grad students to submit their work for the 2021 Online Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition<https://blogs.uoregon.edu/gradforum/> is May 3. There is prize $$ for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! Many of you recently presented (for 3-minutes) in PREV 607 research seminar, or are working on your capstone presentations. You could be well-positioned for this competition! Prev Sci students have done well in this event in prior years—and one (Camille Cioffi) won 1st place a few years ago. Consider applying if this is of interest to you, it’s a fun event!
Cheers,
Leslie

The University of Oregon is located on Kalapuya Ilihi, the traditional indigenous homeland of the Kalapuya people. Today, descendants are citizens of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians of Oregon, and they continue to make important contributions in their communities, at UO, and across the land we now refer to as Oregon.
