I wanted to let you know about an opportunity to contribute to a joint OSU-UO project on November 7-8, to work together to gather samples from different neighborhoods in Eugene to learn about SARS-CoV-2 prevalence in our community. We are looking for UO grad and undergrad students to join the TRACE field teams as we conduct door-to-door testing of a random sample of households in the Eugene area. The goal is to estimate the prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in the entire community.  These are paid positions ($15/hr) and the total commitment is ~20 hours total including training (11/5) and two days of data collection (11/7-8). You will also need to be tested on 11/4 to participate (free, provided on UO’s campus).
