Dear COE program directors,

Please see the attached flyer about a spring 2020 class offering (CIS 
410/510) “Data Science Studio”, which will be offered by our colleague 
Dr. Stephen Fickas in the Computer and Information Science department. 
Please spread the word about this exciting course to your graduate and 
undergraduate students who may be interested in a hands-on experience to 
learn the concepts and tools of data science.

This course assumes **no** programming experience; if students have 
questions about the course (including concerns about being 
over-qualified), please have them contact Dr. Fickas directly
