Please join us in welcoming Baby Lia who was born on Sunday. 
Congratulations, Xiao and Nan! See message below -

Lia Qing Guo was born 03/03/19 at 2:33 am. She weighed 6lb 15.7oz and 
was 19.8 inches long. Her middle name is the pronunciation of a Chinese 
character "晴" which means the rain/snow stops and the sun comes out, 
derived from the big snow and beautiful sun last week. Mom and dad are 
utterly exhausted but deeply content. We are especially grateful for 
having so many support and encouragement from everyone along the way. 
Big thanks to everyone! Very lucky to have you in our life!
