[Prevscilist] Qualtrics Survey for Spring Term Class Registration

Hi all,

I am including a link to a Qualtrics Survey for Spring Term Classes that needs to be completed, so that we can preauthorize you for classes.  It also will give us information about your instructors and research class titles, that must be recorded for the Registrar's Office.  Having the information will allow preauthorization for classes with plenty of time before the start of the term.  We also want to avoid having to gather the information for the Registrar's Office at the last minute as we did this term.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
