Tasia Smith is a doctoral candidate at the University of Florida in Counseling Psychology.  Her research focuses on health disparity, depression, and obesity prevention in adolescence.  She is currently on her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Illinois Counseling Center and has published in the area of health promotion and community health.
