payroll: Multiple Timesheets for August Time Entry

Please be aware that most employees will have multiple timesheets in PHAHOUR this month due to an OPE rate change effective 8/18/2026. If employee time cannot be fully entered on the first timesheet, hours may be split between multiple timesheets.
