Annual UO-NRA Form Renewal for International Employees

At the start of each year, all international employees must complete the UO-NRA Form (Foreign National Data Request) and submit copies of required supporting documents to the UO Payroll Office.

These documents are used exclusively by Payroll to determine the correct tax withholding or exemption by reviewing your visa status, residency, and substantial presence.
The Payroll Office has emailed employees with details about this process and the required documentation. Completed forms and supporting documents are due by January 7, 2026.

If employees have questions, please refer them to the Payroll Office. We appreciate your cooperation in this mandatory process!
