payroll: PHAREDS Issue

[BAO Payroll Office News]

After the Banner upgrade this weekend, PHAREDS gives the following error when attempting to change posted labor distributions:

Unfortunately, the comments section is unavailable. For the time being, PHAREDS is not usable. Please hold off on any prior month labor distribution changes until we can get a workaround.
