payroll: 2021 Tax Deferred Investment (403b) Universal Availability Notice

IRS 403(b) regulations mandate that employees who are eligible to participate in the 403(b) program must be notified annually of the availability of the program. A Universal Availability Notice was recently e-mailed to all eligible employees (with university email addresses), however there is a group of eligible employees who do not have a UO email address.

In an attempt to reach this group and comply with the IRS requirements we are asking you to please print and post the 2021 Universal Availability Notice
https://hr.uoregon.edu/hr-programs-services/benefits/retirement/voluntary-retirement-plans/annual-universal-availability and in your department where it will be visible to employees. Feel free to post it in as many areas as you would like.
