payroll: January Time Entry - see important notes

Please read the note regarding Labor Distribution below.

The January time entry window is now open.  You may enter and edit time records until 5pm on January 24th.
PHAHOUR is now available In Banner 9.  Please start using Banner 9 for PHAHOUR time entry.
If you have any questions or issues, please contact Payroll at 346-3151.

Also, there will be three Banner 9 PHAHOUR drop in sessions this week at the Thompson University Center.  You are strongly encouraged to attend one of these sessions.

Drop In Sessions
22nd        1-3pm  Employee Training Room - 3rd Floor
23rd         1-3pm Employee Training Room - 3rd Floor
24th        9-11am BAO Conference Room 201E - 2nd Floor


Labor Distribution Issue:
If any of your employees have more than 3 lines of labor distribution, please change the number of rows you are able to view to the maximum amount, which is 50.  This will help to prevent balancing issues that we are seeing when the labor distribution is updated.
You will not be able to change the rows per page, until you get to an employee with more than 3 lines.
