payroll: Shift Differential for October Payroll - Reminder

With the SEIU contract ratification, Shift Differential (DSH) is going from $0.75 to $1.00 per unit effective 10/1/17. Since DSH is a set rate and you may have employees that have Shift Differential to be paid at $0.75 we will use the following plan to pay at the different rates:


*         For Shift Differential earned 9/30/17 and prior: use earn code DPP, enter the hours, at the special rate of $0.75.

*         For Shift Differential earned 10/1/17 and after: use earn code DSH, enter the hours, and it will pay at $1.00.
