payroll: FY18 Blended OPE and Banner HRIS Payroll Reports

Welcome to FY18 - Blended OPE at the University of Oregon is now implemented.  A reminder that Blended OPE includes the following costs in the rates:

-          All leave (sick, vacation, comp etc.)

-          Retirement

-          Health Insurance

-          Taxes

With the changeover to Blended OPE, several HRIS reports (PWRPRMR, PWIEMPL and PWIFOAP) will be unavailable during the month of July for FY18.  All prior years reports should work.  We anticipate these reports will be ready early August to use for FY18.

Payroll encumbrances for FY18 have not been created in HRIS at this time.  This should take place later this month with Payroll processing.
