payroll: New I-9 Form for Immediate Use

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a new I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, replace the old version that had expired 3/31/16.

The new form is posted on the Banner Guide HRIS Forms page (https://bg.uoregon.edu/content/hris-forms) and the bundled hire packets are being updated as well.

The Payroll Office will no longer be able to accept the old I-9 if signed after 1/21/2017. Please make sure that anyone who is involved in hiring removes the old I-9 from any pre-printed packets.
