payroll: Clery Act – UO Annual Campus Security and Fire Safety Report 2016 - Notice of Availability

Payroll staff,

The University of Oregon is required by the Clery Act, a federal law, to notify all employees annually, on October 1, of the availability of the UO Annual Security and Fire Safety Report.

UOPD provides this annual notification to all employees via their uoregon.edu e-mail; however, within your department, there may be recent hires who are not yet signed up for UO e-mail, or incoming employees throughout the year, who will not receive the notice.

To ensure all employees are notified, please distribute the attached notification to any new employees within your department hired after 09/15/16 and to all new employees throughout the coming year.
