payroll: Summer Sick Leave Reporting for 9-Month Faculty, OAs, & GTFs

[BAO Payroll Office News]

Due to the earn codes used for our 9-month Faculty, OAs, and GTFs during summer, sick leave taken cannot be entered in July and August time entry.

If the employee is going to be working in your department in the fall, you may wait and report all summer leave come September on their fall appointment.

If the employee will not be working in your department in the fall, you will need to report the leave by email for manual adjustment.
