Payroll Accounting Adjustments for Fiscal Year End

Instructions have been posted on the Banner Guide here: https://bg.uoregon.edu/content/payroll-accounting-adjustments.

For Period 12     - PAA Forms are due in the Payroll Office by 5pm on Tuesday, July 5th.
                                - PHAREDS adjustments for April, May, and June must be done by 5pm on Thursday, July 7th.

For Period 14      - PAA Forms are due in the Payroll Office by 5pm on Friday July 15th.
