payroll: ORP Forfeitures FY15-16 JV# ZI008235

JV# ZI008235 was posted in fiscal period 10 to distribute FY15-16 ORP Forfeiture Credits.  These credits were posted to account 10907 - OPE JV Adj Retirement.

Our process was to distribute these credits on a pro-rata basis to the Non-Budgeted Ops Funds based on their ORP contributions for the month.  The ORP forfeiture credits were used to offset the April 2016 ORP Contributions and were distributed based on those employees that had contributions for the month of April.  The employees that the pro-rata credits were based on can be identified by ID# in the JV description as follows, "ORP Forfeitures FY15-16 95XXXXXXX".
